The theme of NORTH GEORGIA INDIAN DANCE FESTIVAL 2026 is “250 Years of Freedom: A Bharatanatyam Tribute” Indian classical heritage in dialogue with the American story—immigration, identity, democracy, resilience, and cultural fusion.
The goal of the festival is to connect Indian classical dance with the American ideals of liberty, justice, and expression.

WHO: Watch scintillating performances by the local GA Dance schools.
The event will feature a dazzling array of Indian traditional artists from across Georgia and India, including the acclaimed Soorya Ensemble from Cumming GA. Traditional dance form Bharathanatyam is celebrated for its intricate music, storytelling, and spiritual depth. The attraction of this year’s event will be a special Bharathanatyam collaboration with Flamenco
